Describe the incident Shooting into E uncap.

I asked about this in the rule forum, specifically for E mountain, and was told they still can't shoot into the uncap, unless we're shooting out.

You're cutting that pretty close, there was a few milliseconds of them killing you before you firing your shots, at which point you would've been fair game.

I'll issue a punish point to them as a warning but that's all.

That's just what I got on video. They proceeded to kill people as they came out of the doorway
