What's your side of the story as to why you were banned? My side is I didn't read the rules and said a few racial slurs. I was being dumb and immature. Simple as that.

Why should we lift your ban? This is literally the best hardcore server on PC. I played BF4 since it came out on PS4 and so I never had to deal with any restrictions before, so I was being reckless. I think a warning would have been enough. I know it's been about a week now and I cannot find any good servers and it kind of makes BF4 dead because I do not play normal mode ever. I'm a good teammate to my team and never had issues with anyone. I am a Battlefield Veteran through and through. I love this game. Hopefully you guys can lift this ban.

I offer a onetime compromise, your permanent ban will be switched to a 7D temporary ban which begins at the time of this response.
It is expected that you will follow our current rules much closer in the future. Should another violation occur, you will be re-banned with no allowable attempt at appealing.
